Lamb Kebab Sauces help?

I regularly get a grilled lamb kebab from a turkish fast food place in ireland and am wondering about the sauces could anyone explain what they might be ??

A red slightly watery sauce that looks like chillies after been through a blender (think there is chillie seeds still in it)

A white sauce ,like sour cream, slightly watery

When the two of them mix it is lovely.The lamb is marinated in a kind of brown/orange colour any ideas? I would ask the man behind the counter but i dont think he be interested in telling me

    You should ask the person behind the counter what are the ingredients of any dish, what if you are allergic to something that is made in your dish? Or for religious reasons you want to know what type of animal fat this dish is made out of (some cant have pork and some cant have beef) or maybe you are vegetarian and can’t have any animal fat at all. For various reasons as a customer you have the right to know what’s in your food; I always ask.

    Anyway this recipe is a common Turkish marinade for Lamb Kebabs
    Not sure if that's the one you are talking about or not.

    Turkish Marinade (Beef & Lamb Kabobs)

    Ingredients

    * 2 cups chopped sweet onions
    * 1 lemon, juice of
    * 4-6 garlic cloves
    * 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    * 1 teaspoon cumin
    * 1 tablespoon hot paprika
    * 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black peppercorns
    * 1/4 cup freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
    * 3/4 cup olive oil

    Directions
    Add all except the olive oil to a food processor or blender. Blend on high and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to create an emulsion. Marinate your favorite Meat and enjoy.

    Now for the white sauce few things: either Tahini sauce, garlic sauce or cucumber sauce
    these three types of sauces are commonly used by the Turkish and the Greeks and they are all white and some make it watery depending on who makes it. (Tahini is more beige than white)
