Eat a fruit based low fat raw food diet. Frederic Patenaude (rawvegan.com) has some great information.

Yes! I'm right with you. I actually posted a question similar to this earlier. I'm a member of a blog/community called Goneraw (Goneraw.com) and I love it there. You should definitely check it out!

Well, in order to enjoy spaghetti, you have to cook it. So that's out. Also most anything pickled is heated up in jars to ensure that the food is preserved in the canning/jarring process. I would start by buying some raw cook books and also by gradually cutting cooked foods out of your diet, instead of all at once.

    (If you're not a Vegetarian)
Some people have different definitions of raw as well. For instance, you can cook a piece of food up to a certain degree, so that you can also eat fish. Though, there are plenty of ways to prepare raw fish. You can also prepare beef rare, but drizzling an acidic liquid over it.

A master cleanse is supposed to help you rid your body of all the toxins you've taken in while eating cooked and processed foods. For most people the experience is sickening at first, but later on, most people report feeling much better.

You can do a master cleanse in a number of ways. You may want to find different sources and find a recipe/plan that will fit your diet and taste. Going raw doesn't have to make you feel deprived. It's actually the most natural way to live. If you stick to it, I'm sure you'll say that you didn't know why you didn't go raw sooner.

Though, I still love my cooked junk food. Haha
    Good Luck
