I'm a product designer currently working on a project base on India's food culture. I would like to know how much does a middle-class Indian earn a month and how much would they spend on kitchenware such as a dough blender and also what are their expenses.
I would like to know what the difference between a juicer, blender, and food processor is?.
Also can anyone tell me which is the best to buy if i want to thro in a whole apple or orange and drink the juice including the plup.
Any product recomendation?
Or, if you have this appliance, did you buy a separate blender, that's for just for mixing drinks/smoothies? Do you think this Cuisinart Food Processor would work just as well as a drink/smoothie/milkshake blender... or would this really be better used for mincing/chopping/shredding - that type of thing?
As in a KitchenAid food processor, an attachment that comes with it is a dough blade. Can that be used in place of a pastry blender when making pie crust?
One that works fine and is reasonably priced...
